UCLA
As director of worship at the UCLA Catholic Center, I oversee the music and liturgical life of the community, helping create spaces where students can encounter God through prayer and worship. I also lead our adult confirmation program, serve as a student advisor, and meet one-on-one with students for spiritual direction and personal accompaniment.
Whether they’re navigating questions of faith, discerning where God may be leading them, or simply need someone to listen through the highs and lows of university life, much of my work is about walking alongside students and helping them recognize God’s presence in the midst of it all.
Sloppy Wet Kiss
Sloppy Wet Kiss is a podcast where my good friend Fr. Tim Grumbach and I pray with, unpack and break down our favorite praise & worship songs. We take a closer look at their lyrics through a Catholic lens, exploring the theology, scripture and meaning behind the words we’re singing. It’s part prayer, part conversation, and hopefully a way for catholics who love praise & worship to enter more deeply into the songs that help lead them to God.
Catholics Who Cuss Sometimes
Catholics Who Cuss Sometimes is a podcast built on a simple idea: if prayer is a conversation with God, maybe the conversations we have with each other can be prayers too. For us catholics, the mass is the highest form of prayer, and so the highest form of conversation. This pod is by all means NOT the highest form of conversation, but they’re prayers nonetheless. It might not sound like we’re praying, but if you listen closely, hopefully you’ll find good life, good faith, and most of all, a good God.

Pontem is a three-piece band built around a shared desire to create music that brings people together. The name comes from the Latin word for “bridge” which has always reflected the heart of what we’re trying to do: building bridges between sacred and secular music, catholics and protestants, and different expressions of faith and worship.
Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to lead music at retreats, conferences, and events alongside a variety of ministries and communities. We’ve also released an album, Ordinary Time, that reflects our desire to make honest, prayerful music rooted in faith while drawing inspiration from beyond the traditional boundaries of worship music.
Dwelling Place
Dwelling Place is an event I founded centered on bringing Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament into places where you might not typically expect to encounter Him. Through Eucharistic Adoration, praise & worship, and community, we try to create spaces for people to encounter Christ in the midst of ordinary life. We’ve gathered for adoration in a living room and around a backyard bbq. At its heart, the idea is simple: Jesus desires to dwell among His people, not only within the walls of a church, but in the places where we live, work, and gather.
